  • Apply generously as a dry rub on brisket before smoking or slow roasting
  • Season pork ribs before BBQing or slow cooking for a deep smoke crust
  • Rub over a whole chicken before roasting for maximum smoky flavour
  • Use on pulled pork shoulder in the slow cooker
  • Season beef short ribs before braising for a smoky bark
Flavourista Pairing Tip Rub this blend generously over a brisket flat, wrap in butcher paper and slow roast at 120°C for 8–10 hours. Rest for 30 minutes, slice against the grain and serve with pickled jalapeños and our Divin-o! Balsamic. Texas BBQ, Gold Coast made.
Garlic, Onion, Paprika, Pink Himalayan Salt, Yellow Mustard Powder, Lemon Peel, Chilli Powder, Natural Smoke Powder, Coriander, Black Pepper, Bay Leaf, Cumin, Thyme, Ginger, White Pepper. Gluten and nut free.
