Rich maple warmth in a sophisticated caramelised balsamic
Warm, sophisticated and completely addictive. The deep sweetness of maple with the warmth of bourbon in a rich, glossy balsamic that elevates everything it touches — caprese salads, cheese boards, grilled peach desserts and charcuterie platters. Made in Qld.
Ways to use it

- Glaze over grilled or roasted duck breast
- Drizzle over grilled peach halves with brie and prosciutto
- Use on a charcuterie board with aged cheddar, walnuts and crackers
- Drizzle over vanilla ice cream or a warm tarte tatin for dessert
